Pinafore Dress

This dress has been made using a dark bottle green stretch wool mix fabric which has a lovely drape (the way that it falls), and is lined with purple stretch satin.   The Bib section has a square neckline and the skirt section has very large unpressed pleats.  My client and I designed it together guided by the design she’d had in her head for years, it is her intent to have one made in wool at a later date.  When she collected it earlier she was delighted to see how slimming it was and how much taller she looked in it!
